Staff are great, disappointed with our Nyepi day experience.
most of the staff are great. Johnny behind the bar and Kadek (pool/yard guy) are exceptional. the new front decking area is great.
we were very disappointed with what happened on Nyepi day. we were so excited to be apart of this cultural day, but too many other guests ruined that. being loud outside, porch lights on etc. very disrespectful and they were not told to stop. if we are here on Nyepi again we will go in a private Villa. we may book for our next trip, but not poolside again.

Pool access room was very handy & easy access with 2 little ones. Room was clean, spacious. Overall we would choose this room type in the future.
